So many people volunteer it is hard to keep track. If your name should be on here and has been missed off please just remind us! We would be sad to think we missed someone off.

#AdurSOL18 SPACE Team

Andrea Ballance

CHAIR Andrea is the founder and Chair of the parade. She has been the major creative force behind the project since it started in 2013. She has stood back over the past couple of years but is back this year and can't wait to get the parade moving and SPACE theme popping.

Claire Lemmon

CREATIVE DIRECTOR Claire plans the theme of the parade with the team and turns that into awesome lanterns and creative ideas for schools. She also runs our free lantern making session. She designs the easy to make lanterns to fit in with the parade's theme. She loves to use recycled materials where she can - this is not only good for the planet but also a great way to keep the workshop free. Her day time job is running her own business The Fabulous Art Club

Belinda Hussein

VICE CHAIR. Bee has volunteered for the parade since the first year in 2013. A main project manager, she manages the road closure and event insurance. Her organisational skills and management experience are a total boon to our parade. She is not afraid to turn her hand to anything and you will see in her in all the roles from field manager to runner.

Joanne Fox

TREASURER Joanne Fox is our new treasurer. She has her own bookkepping business. This is her first year with us and we can't wait to put her through her bookkepping paces!

Wendy Bray

Wendy has been volunteering with us from the beginning! She has always been there on the day making sure everyone has the info they need. Her help on the day has been essential to the parade.

Joanne Fox

TREASURER Joanne Fox is our new treasurer. She has her own bookkepping business. This is her first year with us and we can't wait to put her through her bookkepping paces!

Sharon Fellingham

Sharon has been volunteering with us for a couple of years now. She has been a brilliant help with schools communication and coming to our organisational meetings on the run up. Her help on the day is also a total boon to the parade.

Suzie Funnell

Suzie is always a sunny and fun member of our field and lantern making teams. She comes to the behind the scenes meetings helping with her great ideas and organisational skills. She is a real asset to the volunteer team and even in the heat of a deadline, she keeps a calm and positive attitude.

SAME SKY came to our first event and donated time and lanterns.

They helped us to show the local area what the parade could be and the lanterns they let us borrow gave us inspiration for the coming years. They gave our parade the leg up it needed and we will always be grateful to them for this. They are awesome.
